Hayden Falls Condominium No. 1, Inc. (the Condominium) was organized on March 22,1985 as a non-profit corporation to promote the common benefit and social welfare of the residents of Hayden Falls Condominium No. 1, Inc, Columbus, Ohio. The Condominium is a residential community of 35 brick buildings containing 96 units located on approximately 20 acres. The Hayden Falls Condominium No. 1 Owners' Association (the Association) is responsible for owning, maintaining and administering common property within the Condominium.
